Job Description

Key Accountabilities
• Provide technical expertise on the establishment of technical design standards
• Lead and manage a team of consultants, building an infrastructure consultant through various phases of the project life cycle.
• Manage timely delivery of projects by the relevant technical specialist, validate and verify the works.
• Provide necessary technical support and design review / audit services to the project management team and validate accuracy and quality.
• Guide and lead the design team from the concept design stage through to delivery (including all relevant construction related documentation).
• Manage/Guide with preparation and/or review of Tender Documentation Packages, comprising of instructions to bidder, contract Form, General Terms of Conditions, Bid forms etc.

Qualifications And Experience

Minimum Qualification
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, or equivalent.

Experience:
