Sales Planning- Communication and record customer accounts information.- PO process management (ERP registration).- Delivery schedule management (ETD confirmation and keep update with customer, as well as the ERP systems)- Customer complaints response by providing proper solutions and alternatives within time limits and follow up to ensure solution (customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters).- Being a primary contact to screen new customers from SNS channels, and providing rough quotations.- Sales training for process.2.
