Responsibilities:

Monitor office staff activities virtually during designated hours to ensure productivity and efficiency.

Manage tasks and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines.

Attend to phone calls and emails promptly, providing assistance and information as needed.

Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements:

Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office .

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with a strong command of the English Language.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

Educational Qualification: HSC

Working Hours: 6 hours per day.
