Principle Accountabilities
• Receive sales orders from distributors or field force and update / book them on SAP and release / forward them to finished goods division along with system generated pick slips.
• Oversee effective and time and cost-efficient coordination for dispatch and accurate delivery of promotional material etc. to field sales locations and distributors etc.
• Make payment sheet for Finance Department on daily basis.
• Receive various claims of the distributors and assist sales coordination executive in calculation and verification of the amounts.
• Maintain stock in coordination with logistics and supply chain department
• Carry out analysis and prepare report of respective area that includes sales return claims (brand, quantity, region, distributor, type nature etc.)
