JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties and Responsibilities:
 Preparing maintenance record and perform machine set up. Ensuring that all productionmachine, tools, and equipment is available, in good condition and meets settingspecifications and requirements prior Production used.
 Maintain and monitor performance of machinery and equipment; adjust as needed withinformation to superior any adjustment done.
 Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning parts and conduct sample or tests to ensure thatrepairs are satisfactory.
 Performing preventive repair and maintenance of company’s machine, test equipment andcomponents within the assessment/instruction of Manager depending on Technician’s skill.
 Testing solid-state circuitry to find defective parts in digital and analog equipment andreplacing defective parts.
 Clean and lubricate equipment or machinery and organize workspace. Always observe 8Sand safety.
 Monitor tool life for consumable parts of machine and equipment.
