This position is located in Chièvres, Belgium. The surrounding area is rural with other cities within 30 minutes drive. The base is in central Belgium with the Netherlands, Luxemburg, France, and Germany within a day's drive; the United Kingdom is also easily accessible via ferry or chunnel.

Duties
• Establish and coordinate all aspects of life cycle project development with appropriate organization(s)
• Prepare and coordinate data entry into the USAG BENELUX Project Management Database (PMD) to include approximately 35 difference data entries and design/construction schedule for each project.
• Assure the development and technical adequacy of feasibility reports, DD Form 1391's, design directives, memos of understanding, design memoranda, initial project criteria, inter-service support agreements and contracts for various project
