Job description
Our customer based in Hasselt, offers industry-leading GaN-on-Si and GaN-on-SiC material solutions,
enabling the next generation of Efficient Power Electronic, RF Power and Sensor devices and systems, with
today a strong focus on 5G telecom devices. The III-Nitride epiwafers are deposited by MOCVD in its clean room facility operated in Hasselt.

Primary responsibilities are:
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks on a diverse range of machinery and equipment.
• Maintenance of cleanroom reactors, automated measuring equipment, facilities (gas, ventilation, cleanroom, etc.).
• Demonstrate proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and other technical issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, prioritize repairs, and minimize production delays.
