Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ladysmith for a Dyehouse Manager. The Dyehouse Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the dyehouse, including overseeing the dyeing process, managing a team of operators and technicians, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental regulations, and ensuring production goals are met. The Dyehouse Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
