Responsibilities

Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.

Assist with managing and organizing office records, documents, and files.

Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct messages to appropriate personnel.

Coordinate scheduling, appointments, and meetings for team members.

Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.

Provide general administrative support to team members and departments as required.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Proven experience in an administrative role or similar capacity.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
