The project :

You wil be supporting Dutch-speaking clients of American clothing company which owns brands such as Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Warners, Olga and True & Co.

The company also licenses brands such as Kenneth Cole New York and Michael Kors.

Your tasks :
• Listen to customers questions and concerns, and provide answers and solutions;
• Troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns;
• Provide information about digital products;
• Rerouting of issues to other departments.
