JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Ensures that the permits are updated with copies being kept on site. renewal/engagement of third-party contracts and 201 files are complete with a folder per unit.
• Review the existing HOA & Condo Corp budgets.
• Setting up of accounting procedures and processes as applicable to the site and financial records are all complete.
• Overseeing the property's day-to-day operations of property from compliance with DCCR and DCG, knowledge of facilities, machinery, and equipment, and observing T&C activities if any.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Preferably licensed in Mechanical and/or Electrical engineering.
• Experience in handling a start-up property to operational is a plus.
• At least five 5 to 4 years of experience as a Property Manager handling condominium, subdivisions, and/or townships.
