Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Structural Design Engineer to join our team at Shearwall Systems Inc. located in Bacoor. As a Structural Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of structures that resist or support loads.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering with license
• Experience in structural design and analysis, and proficiency in construction software
• Working knowledge of building codes and regulations such as the National Structural Code of the Philippines (NSCP), ACI, UBC etc.
• Ability to develop and analyze engineering models and drawings for structural systems using computer-aided design (CAD) tools
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
