The East Elgin Family Health Team is seeking an experienced Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our multi-disciplinary Family Practice. This full-time, contract RPN position will provide on-going assistance to the Physicians and other Allied Health Professionals as well as provide primary nursing care to our patients in a busy clinic setting. We offer a competitive wage and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications Include:

· Registered Practical Nurse diploma from a recognized institution

· Currently registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario

· Three to five years nursing experience in a primary care setting

· Experience working with an Electronic Medical Record (PS Suite) an asset

· Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

· Self-starter with initiative

· Current Basic CPR Certificate
