General Role Description

This is a full time on-site role for a Director Flight Safety at Eastern Caribbean Civil Aviation Authority, located in St. John's. The Director Flight Safety will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of aviation safety policies and procedures, ensuring enforcement and compliance with industry regulations, providing safety guidance to staff, managing safety programs, and conducting safety investigations and analysis.

General ualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Aviation, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in aviation safety, with a demonstrated track record of leading and managing safety programs
• Excellent knowledge of industry regulations, safety standards and practices, and risk management principles
