Job Description

As the Safety Officer, your key responsibility is to uphold safety laws and regulations in Thailand, create a safe work environment, and prevent job-related incidents at the hotel/resort. This includes conducting safety inspections, identifying potential hazards, and executing preventive measures. You will train and inspire team members to follow our company's occupational health and safety protocols. You'll be responsible for investigating work-related incidents and injuries, providing comprehensive reports, and suggesting preventative actions. Additional duties involve gathering safety statistics, preparing reports, and carrying out other safety tasks as delegated by the Security Manager.
