Your Tasks And Responsibilities
• Delivering and implementing new technology and solutions for manufacturing plant research across Global and APAC teams.
• Managing Thailand Seed Technology Center operations including manufacturing plant-related research, postharvest data collection, and data analysis.
• Coordinate with the SPR Testing and Operations Manager on seed preparation activities to ensure that seeds for planting across locations are delivered on time as well as postharvest seed data collection to ensure that harvest data are available to stakeholders on time.
• Primary contact at country level to address questions, concerns, and research needs related to the manufacturing plant.
• Prioritize, test and deploy key projects / technologies within the region to improve our cost, quality and reliability of seed production.
• Responsible for protocol definition and execution, including data analysis and technical reports.
