Responsibility
• Perform daily collection submitted bysellers.
• Compile and update cash and chequescollected.
• Key in system and release AR batchfor all branches after checking.
• Identifydiscrepancies in OR and issue debit notes (DN) to customers whereneeded.
• Update AR disputestracking.
• Extract AR aging report from systemand email to sales supervisors and managers.
• Issue Prompt Payment Discount (PPD) agreement letter forcustomer where needed.
• Issue DN for chequereturned and update in system.
• Create newcustomer account in system.
• Maintain customerinformation, including active / inactive account requested by salesmanager
