A Travel Retail Software company is looking for a dedicated Catering Unit Head, this is a standalone division where the full retail service, including final mile delivery, is managed alongside the inflight catering operation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively managing the full end to end inflight catering operations meeting all Customer, Company and Government Regulations, Contract Service Level Agreements, Health & Safety, Security, Compliance, Employment, and all other legal statutory obligations.

Effectively managing the Retail Operation for Warehousing – Pick & Pack – Final Mile Outbound/Inbound following Customer, Company (Retail) & Government Regulations and Guidelines.

You will also be responsible for Profit & Loss management in line with Group Company requirements and finance budget expectations.
