A well-established paint coatings manufacturer in Modderfontein is looking for the services of a Division Manager to manage the operation and sales of 3 paint stores and a telesales representative (based at Head Office in Modderfontein). Strong sales and management ability required. The incumbent will assume full responsibility for the operational management and sales volume grow within the division. The successful incumbent will also relieve store managers from time to time as required. The division includes:
• 3 paint stores which retail all of the Companys decorative & industrial coatings, preparation products and accessories.
• Go Mark telesales of field marking machines, liquids, parts and services.

Key objective: Grow the customer base and volume sales within the division.

Role weighting: Operations management 20% / Sales & sales management 80%.
