AccountExecutive :
• Prepare and maintainaccounting ledgers, statements and accounting documents andrecords;
• Enter and key in data of financialtransactions and reconcile accounts on time;
• Compile and maintain records of business transactions and officeactivities of all / assigned companies;
• Ensurecollections are banked in on a timely basis, issue officialreceipts, accounts reconciliation, issue invoices;
• Monitor and manage payments of invoices and all assignedpayables;
• Preparation and submissions of reportsrequested for the company purposes and accounts consolidation;preparations of bank reconciliation;
• Ensure allaccounting processes improvements and related projects;
• Address any inquiries and questions related to accountingprocesses;
• Ad hoc tasks; any relevant assignedtasks.
