• Work with the property teams to assist with sales strategy to include positioning, pricing, competition analysis with focus on generating revenues from assigned Wholesale and MICE markets.
• Provide a full area market intelligence service about the competition and the market and trends on a monthly basis.
• Design the strategic outlines of a monthly sales activity plan.
• Solicit all Travel Agents, Tour Operators and High-end travel agents in appointed markets assigned by the DOSM
• Organize and run product training with travel trade.
• Participate in client familiarization trips, site inspections, sales trips and Roadshow as required to meet the sales targets
• Provide weekly and monthly reports about all sales activities and business trends as well as trip reports.
