MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The purpose of the job is to co-ordinate with 3rd party vendors for installations and projects, control of company assets and liaising with internal departments regarding Procurement reconciliation and capacity planning.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Procurement – Quotations/ Requests/ Tracking orders
• Reporting with Finance Department (invoicing requests /queries/Delivery trackers/account allocations)
• Liaising with 3rd party vendors for installations/ maintenance work
• SLA management both internal and external
• Stock Control - IT Storeroom- Up to date inventory and weekly stock take
• Management of business Cell contracts (Vodacom & MTN)
• Waste Disposal Management
• Reporting
• Laptop Inventory and Asset Management
• Printer Maintenance and Repair
• Project Coordination
• Documentation (Processes and Systems)
• Snipe IT – Asset Management/repairs/tagging/asset assignments
• Capacity Management co-ordination for the Sales floor
