Qualifications:
• Willing to work in Cebu City, Mandaue City, and Lapu Lapu City
• Preferably someone who is a graduate of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Course.
• With minimum of four (4) years in the same capacity as Property Manager.
• With more than four (4) years in Property Management and operations.
• Experienced in handling tenant relations.
• Coordinate schedules of appointment and meeting with the board or client.
• Constantly prepares and creates report and analysis to be presented and forwarded to immediate superior.
• Minimum of four (4) years in handling Accounting Staff, Technical Staff, Customer services and housekeeping and Security.
• With knowledge in the technical side and building equipment of a residential/commercial property
• With knowledge in handling financial statements and billings in a residential/commmercial office property
• With sense of urgency
