Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cavite for a Client Service Officer. The Client Service Officer is responsible for responding to customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues quickly and efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will also assist with maintaining customer databases and records, and work closely with other departments to ensure that client needs are met.

Qualifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in accounting and customer service or a related field
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
