The Tenant Relations Officer is responsible for the proper implementation of the Company’s existing guidelines and requirements pertaining to the construction and renovation of activities of all the mall tenants to ensure that works are completed within the specified plans and standard of the Company. Ensure tenant compliance with lease terms, memorandum of agreement, company house rules and regulations. Assist tenants in resolving construction-related problems and issues in coordination with engineering and leasing department.

Educational Requirement:
• Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management, Industrial Design or Engineering

Experience Requirement:
• At least 2 years of work experience in customer service, administrative management services, tenant relations, property management or any other similar work.
• With good communication skills both oral and written
