Job Description

Wood (trading locally as WOOD KSS LLP) is currently recruiting for Instrument Designer with extensive experience in the oil and gas petrochemical industry (for KZ passport holders).

Responsibilities
• Under direct supervision, prepare project drawings and documents from the basic data supplied, using the appropriate software
• Be proficient in the use of CAD software
• Be conversant with and ensure compliance with Client CAD droughting standards and procedures
• Self-check designs and drawings for accuracy and conformance to technical specifications and procedures
• Ensure all relevant specifications, codes, standards and procedures and technical instructions from engineering are being correctly applied
• Maintain drawing registers and ensure Document Management System is maintained to current procedures
• Conduct site surveys and issue reports when required
