Bramah HR is partnering with a Health & Social care company. We are looking for a driven People Director/ Chief People Officer who possesses both strategic acumen in people management and the capability to execute plans aligning with company objectives.

Our client is a fast growing dynamic organisation who is looking for an ambitious HR/People Director. Reporting directly to the CEO, this pivotal role oversees a sizeable People team.

The ideal candidate will have a track record in the Health & Social sector, this is an essential requirement for the role.

This role demands hands-on involvement in various initiatives, encompassing HR strategy, ER management, Compensation & Benefits, Talent and Performance Management, EDI, HR analytics, Learning & Development, and fostering organisational culture.

In return, this role offers a competitive salary between £90,000 - £100,000k coupled with benefits.
