Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Dispatcher. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling transportation resources (drivers and trucks), supporting customer service, tracking shipments, ensuring on-time delivery of goods, and managing communication with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience in dispatching and logistics

Knowledge of transportation regulations and laws

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and dispatch software

Availability to work weekends and holidays as required
