The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of business analysts in the development of business requirements, process mapping, and data analysis.

The Business Analyst Team Lead will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, ensuring that the team is meeting deadlines, and providing guidance and support to the team.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

They should also have at least 5 years of experience in a business analyst role, with at least 2 years of experience in a team lead role.

The candidate should also have strong problem-solving and communication skills, as well as experience with data analysis and process mapping.
