• This is an estimate of hourly earnings. It is based on the 2024 base pay rate, plus 2023's hourly tip average. 2024 actual customer tips may vary.

In South Carolina, if the average hourly earnings of an Ambassador, Team Lead, or Service Assistant are less than $15 per hour in a two-week pay period, Jeni's will add the difference to the person's paycheck so that their average hourly earnings reach $15 per hour for that pay period.
