Admin Assistant
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Organize and schedule appointments.
• Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
• Prepare and distribute email, correspondence, memos, letters and forms
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures
• Maintain of contact list ( Employees, Clients, etc)
• Provide general support to visitors
• Handle request and queries from Management and Senior Managers and Sales
• Order office supplies
• Book travel arrangements
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

Position Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
• At least 1 year experience in the field or in a related area
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• With out experience but willing to be trained
