Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at The Natural Floors located in Alappuzha. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, training, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. They will also work with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and culture.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a management position
• Knowledge of labour laws and regulations
• Knowledge on compliance audit
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
