Role Description

This is a full-time Human Resources Officer role located in Berrechid. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for providing support across multiple HR disciplines and working with cross-functional teams to ensure HR policies and procedures are followed. The Human Resources Officer will also handle employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance reporting.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources
• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures, benefits administration, and compliance reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of employees, including management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
