Falcon Inflatables is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to join our business. We are a boat manufacturing company situated in a small town called Swellendam in the Western Cape of South Africa. We’re a family owned and managed business which has been manufacturing and distributing award-winning, world-class rigid inflatable boats (RIBs) since 1985 which have been shipped to more than 38 countries.

Our Sales Operations Manager is responsible for providing our sales teams with the back-end support they need to improve the sales, as well as communication with our workshop, production, parts and finance departments. This position will be the central point of communication between these departments to ensure efficient sales, production and delivery of our boats.
