An opportunity is available for a Tracking Clerk at an Empty container park situated in Rossburgh, Durban.

The successful applicant must have at least 2 to 3 years’ experience in the same role and must reside

close to the Rossburgh area.

This position requires shift work, ie. 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 to 22:00, so own transport is essential.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Receive and record all empty containers into the depot
• Dispatch and record all empty containers that are released from the depot
• Ensure that the correct container is released in accordance with the booking ref
• Check containers for damages
• Compiling and sending daily tracking reports to the respective shipping lines
• Compiling and sending stock reports to the shipping lines
• Container locations
• Upholding cleanliness in the depot
• Maintain records and documentation in comprehensive filing system.
