Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Asphalt Plant Manager at Siyakhula Bitumen & Asphalt (Pty) Ltd located in Lichtenburg. The Asphalt Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring production targets are met on time, managing inventory, and implementing safety, health and environmental measures. The Asphalt Plant Manager will supervise a team of plant workers and liaise with external stakeholders.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in asphalt plant operations and management
• Demonstrated expertise in quality control and quality assurance
• Sound knowledge of asphalt plant technology and maintenance practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently under pressure and in a team environment
