Responsibilities:

• Manage the overall steel fabrication QA/QC team to get the best quality products from the workforce and the machinery.

• Establishing, implementing, and maintaining IMS for ISO 9001 Quality Management, 14001 Environmental Management & 45001OH&S Standards.

• Update & implement the QC documents like NDT/Testing/Operational Procedures, PQP, ITP, WPS, PQR etc. related to structural steel, pipe spools, tanks, pressure vessels, heat exchangers & skid packages.

• Arrange 3rd party inspection agencies as per the project’s requirements.

• Review and evaluation of sub-vendors / sub-contractors quality system.

• Conduct Management Review meetings, participate and provide input to weekly progress meeting with Client.

• Review Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Non-Material Requirements (NMR), Inspection Assignment Package (IAP) etc.

• Prepare and submit Monthly Quality Management Report (QMR) to the client.
