Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Enugu State, Nigeria, for a Farm Manager. The Farm manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the farm, ensuring the efficient use of resources, and coordinating with other departments to ensure that the farm operates smoothly. The role may also require experience with food and crop production and distribution.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy or any related field
• Proven experience in Farm Management roles
• Excellent managerial skills with the ability to manage financial and human resources
• Practical experience in crop and animal production and processing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer literacy, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to meet targets and manage farm operations within budget
• Knowledge of food and crop production and their distribution
