Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Piliyandala for a Customer Support Assistant. The Customer Support Assistant will be responsible for providing assistance to customers with their inquiries and complaints, resolving issues and escalating to the necessary departments when required. They will also need to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring that all customers are attended to promptly, and their queries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
