Job Description

Quality Management:
• In collaboration with the Quality Director and your Quality Engineer/Team Leader colleagues, you define the quality policy and ensure its implementation at the operational level.
• South Scope: Wallonia (Liège/Namur)
• Improve the quality system and optimize products for delivery.
• Monitor the results of internal and external audits and control visits.
• Communication to certification and control bodies regarding comments and non-conformity's.
• Manage recipes in your area in accordance with product design procedures.
• Provide advice on the choice of raw materials, considering optimal cost/performance ratios.
• Manage recipe costs and continually seek optimization, as well as laboratory costs.

Team Management (+/- 5 FTEs)
• Supervise Quality Engineer Assistants and Lab Technicians.
