YOUR TASKS:
• You act as first point of contact for all customer requests via phone, centralized email or ticketing system
• You provide technical support for printing plate processing equipment by remotely logging onto the equipment or other communication channels
• You log all your activities and cooperate closely with first line service management to deploy technicians, i.e. for service / repairs / installations
• You assess and update the device documentation
• You cooperate very closely with second line service and final acceptance / audits in the factory
• You arrange the planning of the installation processing equipment
• You actively support the further development of remote capabilities with R&D and second line service
• You cooperate closely with sales and international colleagues

YOUR PROFILE:
• You are a good communicator, internally as well as externally with customers and suppliers
