They have more than 50 years of experience in breakdown assistance on our Belgian roads and are also active in travel assistance abroad, medical assistance in Belgium. • Will respond quickly and efficiently to incoming requests (data updates, payments, refunds, questions, requests for information, etc.) regardless of the channel the customer uses ;
• Will proactively contact customers to build long-term relationships (satisfaction surveys, quality control, etc.) ;
• Will you handle incoming complaints through various sources, regardless of the channel ;
• Will manage up- and cross-selling activities to offer new services or services that better meet customer needs ;
