Responsibilities:
• Handling timesheet from beginning (export finger scan, preparing timesheet, distribution to employee checking) until timesheet adjustment and Payroll calculation report.
• Recording and registering finger scan for all newcomers.
• Reviewing time attendance, leave, and overtime records to ensure data in the HR system are completed and accurate.
• Update employee’s status, profile (New joiner, Resign, Dismiss, Changes and all Movement) into payroll system after approval.
• Handling all monthly reports related to government such as Social Security Fund, PND.1, Provident Fund, Student Loan and Legal Execution.
• Be responsible for overall HR information system including employee’s personal data maintenance and up-to-date.
• Responsible for Monthly reports such as Leave report, Headcount report and Employee database report.
• Supporting for recruitment (Blue collar) such as pre-screen, interview arrangements, etc.
