Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and execution of innovative menus and daily specials, ensuring the highest quality and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of learning, efficiency, and respect.
• Maintain inventory control, ensuring the kitchen is stocked with necessary ingredients and supplies.
• Uphold stringent quality control and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Step in for the Executive Head Chef as needed, ensuring seamless kitchen operations.

Requirements:
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
• 3 – 5 years of experience in a professional kitchen, with a strong foundation in international, continental, seafood, and fusion cuisines.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and execute high-quality dishes.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
