System Analyst (Oracle Based)

Responsibilities:
• Understand user and their requirements to create functional specifications
• Analyze existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain system design documents, including process flows and use cases
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure solutions are designed and implemented according to specifications
• Test and validate software solutions to ensure they meet requirements and are user-friendly
• Provide support and training to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems
• Develop and maintain documentation, including user manuals and training materials

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience in system analysis or a related field
