Applications are invited for the Area Manager Senior position to be based in Klerksdorp. PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: The Area Manager is responsible for one or many geographical locations representing the Company in the community and promoting the brand. They will be expected to drive sales and take up and identify new opportunities. The Area Manager must develop and implement initiatives to improve customer experience and drive customer loyalty as well as build and maintain strong relationships with customers, peers and colleagues. The Area manager is required to ensure that customers receive a high level of service with any interaction that takes place with Herotel and to resolved customer complaints and operations issues that may arise.
