• Grow direct to customer (D2C) digital sales volume and mix while optimizing digital acquisition costs per lead across owned, paid, aggregator partners and more.
• Highly analytical person who can leverage on analytics to optimize Digital Sales funnel and identify Digital Sales opportunities.
• Work with partners/vendors to manage and optimize the D2C marketing budget to achieve organizational goals

The individual can quickly determine the potential around different opportunities, and then works well with internal and external partners to build the highest potential opportunities into scaled business lines for D2C. This individual thrives on working with multiple stakeholders both within and outside Oona (marketing agencies), sourcing and building partnerships, and uses their strong analytical bent of mind to identify and exploit potential opportunities.
