Responsibilities:
• Sources and purchases raw materials
• Reviews quotation and negotiates prices with suppliers
• Consolidates, communicates, and confirms vendor's delivery schedule as required by the end user accordingly
• Monitors vendor's compliance to delivery schedule
• Coordinates closely with end users for delivery updates
• Resolve issues concerning deliveries and supply availability
• Arrange sample submission to end users for evaluation
• Maintains records of outstanding Purchase Orders and contact vendors to resolve inconsistencies with the order
• Maintains contact with the shipping or transportation company and monitors shipments to ensure that purchase order information matches the shipment
• Other related tasks

Qualifications:
• Must be a graduate of any Business related course
