JR48321 Operation Improvement Engineer

Job Responsibilities:
• Support daily area dispatching/scheduling, reporting automation, operational improvement tool/system
• Ensure balance between area optimization and line balance (for current/future bottleneck capacity expansion).
• Ensure that Site Metrics and Reports deliver accurate information for decision-making.
• Maintain, audit and improve MFG Dashboard to keep IT data accurate for Site. Create, document and support business processes for changes related to line/area optimization
• Apply Industrial Engineering concepts to capacity analysis, line management, scheduling and production planning.
