Job Description / Responsibility
• Oversee the entire Quality Control (QC) department, ensuring effective management and coordination of all QC activities.
• Ensure quality control for incoming raw materials, packaging materials, and active ingredients, including quarantine procedures.
• Manage material release procedures from warehouse to production, ensuring proper sampling methods and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct quality checks at critical production stages and control the release of finished goods after quarantine.
• Lead new formulation development projects.
• Organize timely calibration, validation, and monitoring of lab instruments and equipment.
• Maintain and update QC documents including specifications, SOPs, COAs, MSDS, and test reports.
